Dry Noodles with Mole

In this recipe, I combined two of my favorite foods: noodle soup and mole. And I decorated it with ingredients that I love. You will surely love it too.

  • 1 package fideo pasta, La Moderna
  • corn oil , for frying
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bullion, powdered
  • 1 cup water
  • 270 grams mole sauce
  • 1/2 packages panela cheese , chopped
  • 2 avocados
  • toasted sesame seeds
  • cream
  • guajillo chiles
Preparation

  • Fry the noodles without burning them and drain on paper towels.
  • Prepare a sauce by putting garlic, onion, tomato, consomme, and water in the blender.
  • Put the sauce in a pot to cook.
  • When the sauce is ready, add the dry noodles and the mole. Stir.
  • Leave on low heat until the sauce evaporates. Do not stir to avoid breaking it.
  • Place a layer of noodles in a gelatin mold, then a layer of chopped cheese, and another layer of noodles.
  • Unmold onto a platter.
  • Decorate with slices of avocado cream, slices of chili, and sesame seeds.
