Dry Noodles with Mole

In this recipe, I combined two of my favorite foods: noodle soup and mole. And I decorated it with ingredients that I love. You will surely love it too.

1 package fideo pasta, La Moderna
corn oil , for frying
4 tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1/4 onions
1 tablespoon chicken bullion, powdered
1 cup water
270 grams mole sauce
1/2 packages panela cheese , chopped
2 avocados
toasted sesame seeds
cream
guajillo chiles
Preparation

Low
Fry the noodles without burning them and drain on paper towels.
Prepare a sauce by putting garlic, onion, tomato, consomme, and water in the blender.
Put the sauce in a pot to cook.
When the sauce is ready, add the dry noodles and the mole. Stir.
Leave on low heat until the sauce evaporates. Do not stir to avoid breaking it.
Place a layer of noodles in a gelatin mold, then a layer of chopped cheese, and another layer of noodles.
Unmold onto a platter.
Decorate with slices of avocado cream, slices of chili, and sesame seeds.
