Fettuccine and Fish Soup Oriental Style

  • 1 package fettuccine pasta, La Moderna 200 g
  • 4 red snapper fillets, cut into strips or cubes
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 4 porcini mushrooms, dried
  • 1 liter fish broth
  • 4 leaves spinach, cut into strips
  • salt
  • 100 grams tofu, cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • Cook the pasta as usual, cut the fillets into strips, and chop the spinach.
  • Heat the water and when it boils, add the mushrooms; when they are hydrated and cooked, cut the stems.
  • Heat the fish broth and add the strips of fish and salt.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients except the pasta.
  • In a bowl, serve the La Moderna pasta, the broth, and the ingredients. Add 2 or 3 cubes of tofu and a tablespoon of soy sauce.
