Fettuccine with Tuna Bottarga

  • 330 grams fettuccine pasta, La Moderna®
  • 45 grams tuna bottarga
  • 210 grams cherry tomato
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil 4 tablespoons olive oil

  • Boil the pasta in a pot with plenty of water and salt until al dente.
  • Peel the garlic and sauté over low heat with 4 tablespoons of oil; remove the garlic, then pour a ladle of the pasta cooking water into the pan.
  • Add the peeled and grated bottarga and mix well, then add the washed cherry tomatoes cut in half and sauté them briefly. Incorporate the drained pasta, mix, and let cool before serving.
