Grandma's Noodles Recipe

  • 50 grams fideo pasta, The Modern
  • 3 tomatillos, cooked and seedless
  • 1/4 onions, cooked
  • 1 serrano chile, seedless and cooked
  • 1/8 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 1/8 tablespoons cumin
  • 1/2 cubes chicken broth
  • 1/2 liters chicken broth , or vegetables
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • sour cream , to taste
  • oil , to taste

  • Blend the tomatoes, onion, small garlic, serrano chili, and set aside.
  • Fry the pasta until golden, remove the excess oil and add the blended tomatoes, season it with the chicken cube, cinnamon, cumin, and salt-pepper to taste.
  • When the tomatoes are seasoned, add the chicken or vegetable broth and let it cook on low heat until the pasta is cooked; you can add cooked vegetables to this preparation.
