This recipe is aimed at people who enjoy Japanese-style noodles and like to experiment with food. It is a recipe that you can prepare to taste, as the preference for saltiness or specific ingredients may vary.
Soak the noodles in a first metal bowl filled with water. After 10 minutes, heat the water with the noodles until it boils and let it rest. Then drain.
Pour finely chopped green onions, fresh mushrooms sliced, 4 sheets of dried seaweed cut into small rectangles, 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 3 pinches of seasoning into a second bowl.
Pour one liter of water into the second bowl and heat over high heat until boiling. When the water is boiling, lower the flame.
Season the chicken with Maggi sauce and chicken seasoning.
Cook the chicken in a skillet with oil. Once cooked, keep it warming on low heat in the skillet.
Pour the following ingredients into the bowl in the following order:
1. Noodles.
2. Hot broth.
3. Hot chicken breasts (TO TASTE).
4. A RAW egg over an area with fewer noodles (This is so that the heat from the broth cooks the egg within the broth).
5. A sheet of dried seaweed cut into squares.
6. Sprinkle seasoning over everything.
