Japanese Style Noodles

  • 1 package fideo pasta
  • 50 milliliters soy
  • 12 nori
  • 100 grams chives

  • Soak the noodles in a first metal bowl filled with water. After 10 minutes, heat the water with the noodles until it boils and let it rest. Then drain.
  • Pour finely chopped green onions, fresh mushrooms sliced, 4 sheets of dried seaweed cut into small rectangles, 5 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 3 pinches of seasoning into a second bowl.
  • Pour one liter of water into the second bowl and heat over high heat until boiling. When the water is boiling, lower the flame.
  • Season the chicken with Maggi sauce and chicken seasoning.
  • Cook the chicken in a skillet with oil. Once cooked, keep it warming on low heat in the skillet.
  • Pour the following ingredients into the bowl in the following order: 1. Noodles. 2. Hot broth. 3. Hot chicken breasts (TO TASTE). 4. A RAW egg over an area with fewer noodles (This is so that the heat from the broth cooks the egg within the broth). 5. A sheet of dried seaweed cut into squares. 6. Sprinkle seasoning over everything.
