To give a different touch to your soups, you can add onion, sweet pepper, and cilantro. Serve this with roasted chili for a richer flavor.

1 chicken breast
1 bag short pasta, for noodle pasta

Cook the chicken in a pot with water, a piece of onion, cilantro, sweet pepper, and a pinch of salt. Once ready, add the previously sautéed pasta.
Prepare the tomato sauce; to do this, roast the tomatoes, and once roasted, blend them with onion, sweet pepper, and a bit of chicken broth.
Once the sauce is ready, incorporate it into the chicken broth with the pasta.
Finally, we add the cooked potato and the spinach.
