Noodle Soup with Tomato

Nothing like a delicious noodle soup, the typical recipe that goes from generation to generation. The special touch of this soup is to prepare it with cumin.

  • 1 package fideo pasta, La Moderna
  • 2 tomatoes, large
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 liter chicken bullion
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Blend the tomato with the onion and the clove of garlic until all the ingredients are mixed; if necessary, add a little chicken broth.
  • In a little oil, fry the noodles and cook until they have a crunchy texture and a golden color.
  • When the pasta is ready, add the sauce we prepared with the tomato, onion, and garlic.
  • Mix lightly to incorporate and then add the chicken broth.
  • Season with salt, pepper to taste, and add cumin; let it cook for about 15 minutes on high heat until the soup is smooth.
