Pasta with Jalapeño and Goat Cheese

This pasta of coditos has a spicy touch and delicious flavor of goat cheese. Good idea for a quick and practical meal but also healthy with this rich whole grain pasta, prepare it in just 30 minutes.

  • 2 liters water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 packages La Moderna® integral screw pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 Jalapeño chiles, sliced
  • 11/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 package goat cheese, 110 g
  • 4 sprigs rosemary, to decorate

  • In a pot with boiling water and salt cook the integral La Moderna® screw paste, until it is al dente. Drain and reserve.
  • In a deep pan, melt the butter and sauté the slices of chili a little. Add the pasta and the cream and mix very well. Season and add the rosemary.
  • Form balls with goat cheese and reserve.
  • Serve the pasta in a deep dish, decorate with the cheese balls and a sprig of rosemary.
