Pasta with Jalapeño and Goat Cheese

1 tablespoon salt
2 packages La Moderna® integral screw pasta
2 tablespoons butter
3 Jalapeño chiles, sliced
11/2 cups whipping cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
1 package goat cheese, 110 g
4 sprigs rosemary, for garnish

In a small pot with boiling water and salt, cook La Moderna® whole wheat spiral pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a deep skillet, melt the butter and sauté the sliced chiles a bit. Add the pasta and cream and mix very well. Season and add the rosemary.
Form balls with the goat cheese and set aside.
Serve the pasta in a deep plate, garnish with the cheese balls and a sprig of rosemary.
