Pasta with Jalapeño and Goat Cheese

This elbow pasta has a spicy kick and delicious flavor from the goat cheese. A great idea for a quick and practical meal, but also healthy with this tasty whole wheat pasta, prepare it in just 30 minutes.

  • 2 liters water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 packages La Moderna® integral screw pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 Jalapeño chiles, sliced
  • 11/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 package goat cheese, 110 g
  • 4 sprigs rosemary, for garnish

  • In a small pot with boiling water and salt, cook La Moderna® whole wheat spiral pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a deep skillet, melt the butter and sauté the sliced chiles a bit. Add the pasta and cream and mix very well. Season and add the rosemary.
  • Form balls with the goat cheese and set aside.
  • Serve the pasta in a deep plate, garnish with the cheese balls and a sprig of rosemary.
