Pasta with Spinach

A classic recipe to share with your family. A delicious soupy pasta dish complemented with a bit of spinach. It's a complete and very tasty meal for family gatherings.

  • 1 cup elbow pasta
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 liters water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 bunch chard

  • Blend the tomatoes with onion, garlic, and 1/2 liter of water.
  • Fry the pasta with a little oil until it turns golden.
  • Add the blended tomato sauce to the pasta and stir in the previously chopped Swiss chard. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Wait for it to boil and for all the ingredients to be well cooked.
