Shrimp Soup to Go

This shrimp soup is super tasty and the best part is that you can prepare it a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator to eat when you're in a hurry or transport it if you're eating out. Just add hot water and you're good to go.

  • 1/2 cups pink shrimp, chopped

  • Place the instant soup in a glass jar with a lid, followed by the shrimp, potato, carrot, broccoli, and finish with the shrimp broth. Close it.
  • Add the boiling water and let it sit for 5 minutes, enjoy.
