1/2 packages fideo pasta, La Moderna
5 tomatoes
1/4 onions
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 cups water
1 sprig rosemary
1 sprig celery, chopped into medium cubes
3 leaves basil
2 sprigs fresh cilantro
1 pinch salt
Preparation

Heat oil and fry the noodles. Set aside.
Grind the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and 1/4 cup of water.
Fry this puree (I like it unstrained) with very little oil; when it changes color, add the rosemary, celery, cilantro, basil, pasta, and salt.
Let it boil over high heat, then lower to minimum temperature and cover for 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
