Spiral Pasta

1 package fusilli pasta, La Moderna
30 milliliters olive oil
3 cloves garlic
50 grams red onion
40 grams celery
60 grams carrot
50 grams potato
300 grams tomato
150 grams bacon, thick
20 leaves basil
60 grams pumpkin
3 grams chard
salt, required amount
pepper, required amount
Parmesan cheese, for decoration
Preparation

Finely chop the garlic.
In a pot, add the oil and sauté the garlic and onion.
Add the bacon and let it brown a bit.
Cut the vegetables into jardinera style (in cubes).
Add the vegetables gradually according to their firmness.
Add the chicken stock.
Once the stock is added, add the spiral pasta (La Moderna) and the leaves.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Let it cook for approximately 20 minutes or until the pasta is cooked.
