In every Mexican household, the traditional noodle soup is a must, and despite the simplicity of its ingredients and preparation, it is highly appreciated for being aromatic and comforting. In my case, I added 3 of my favorite spices.
Blend the tomatoes, onion, garlic, and salt until you achieve a smooth mixture.
Heat the oil in the bottom of a medium saucepan; pour the pasta into the oil and fry it until most of it is golden brown. You will need to stir it continuously to prevent burning.
Add the broth and the tomato mixture and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Taste it and adjust the amount of salt if necessary. Serve with the three types of chili as desired.
