1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 Poblano chile, grilled, peeled, and cut into thin strips
1 red bell pepper, cut into medium cubes
1 pinch salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 package panela cheese, (200 g)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can Poblano chile cream, Campbells® (430 g)
1 cup water
1 cup cow's milk

Heat the oil in a small pot over low heat. Add the poblano pepper strips with the bell pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the Campbells® poblano pepper cream, salt, pepper, water, and milk. Mix well and heat for 5 more minutes.
In a skillet, add the oil, fry the cheese on both sides, and cut into medium cubes.
