  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 Poblano chile, grilled, peeled, and cut into thin strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into medium cubes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 package panela cheese, (200 g)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 can Poblano chile cream, Campbells® (430 g)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup cow's milk

  • Heat the oil in a small pot over low heat. Add the poblano pepper strips with the bell pepper and fry for 5 minutes.
  • Add the Campbells® poblano pepper cream, salt, pepper, water, and milk. Mix well and heat for 5 more minutes.
  • In a skillet, add the oil, fry the cheese on both sides, and cut into medium cubes.
