Potato Cream with Bacon

For these rainy days, try this delicious recipe for potato cream with tasty bacon, it's full of flavor with the combination of American cheese.

  • 4 potatoes
  • water
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups milk
  • salt
  • 1 cup American cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup bacon, in thin strips
  • American cheese, shredded, for decoration
  • parsley, in leaves, for decoration

  • On a cutting board, peel the potatoes and cut them into medium cubes.
  • Place in a pot with water and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Add the onion, garlic, milk, and season with salt to the pot. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the yellow cheese, and when it melts, remove from heat.
  • Blend everything for 5 minutes until you have a smooth cream. Set aside.
  • In a skillet, cook the bacon for 5 minutes or until golden. Place on a plate with paper towels and set aside.
  • Serve the soup in a deep plate and garnish with bacon, yellow cheese, and parsley leaves.
