1 tablespoon butter, or margarine
1/2 onions
1 garlic
3 zucchinis, medium cooked
1/2 liters cow's milk
granulated chicken bouillon
Preparation

Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic and onion.
Once they are sautéed, transfer to the blender, add the cooked zucchinis and blend perfectly.
Return to the pan where we sautéed the onion and garlic and let it heat. Add the chicken broth and pepper.
Add the milk and let it warm up.
Serve hot.
