Quick Zucchini Cream

A delicious cream to delight the whole family and it is also low in calories.

  • 1 tablespoon butter, or margarine
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 garlic
  • 3 zucchinis, medium cooked
  • 1/2 liters cow's milk
  • granulated chicken bouillon

  • Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the garlic and onion.
  • Once they are sautéed, transfer to the blender, add the cooked zucchinis and blend perfectly.
  • Return to the pan where we sautéed the onion and garlic and let it heat. Add the chicken broth and pepper.
  • Add the milk and let it warm up.
  • Serve hot.
