1 cup beet, chopped
1 cup carrot , chopped
1 cup onion, sliced
1 cup cabbage, grated
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup tomato purée
1/4 cups table cream

Cut and peel the beets and carrots into small cubes.
Boil the beets and carrots in a covered pot with water along with the onion.
Add the chicken broth, tomato puree, and cabbage.
Boil for 15 minutes.
Add cream and serve hot.
