1/2 kilos zucchini blossoms
1 liter low-fat milk
2 ears corn, tender, shelled
1/4 kilos zucchini , in cubes
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon cream
salt , and pepper
Preparation

Finely chop the onion and the zucchini flower.
Next, sauté with half of the margarine.
When ready, remove from heat, blend and strain.
With the other half of the margarine, sauté the flour until it takes on a golden color.
Add the milk mixture with the zucchini flower and then add the corn kernels, zucchini, cream, salt and pepper.
Boil until the vegetables are cooked and serve hot.
