Sea Rice

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 stick onion
  • chicken bullion

  • The garlic clove is crushed with the onion and a little water, and set aside.
  • Fry the rice, being careful not to let it turn brown, just fry it for a few minutes. Add the onion and garlic and cook until they are soft.
  • Once the rice is fried, add 2 cups of water, then add the drained tuna, the broth, the salt, and wait for it to cook!!
