  • 1 kilo shrimp, save the shell
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 kilo tomato
  • 8 guajillo chiles
  • broth, shrimp powder

  • 2 cups carrot, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups potato

  • Brown the shrimp shells in the oven until crispy.
  • Cut the onion into pieces and sauté the onion in a pot along with the chopped garlic and tomatoes.
  • Clean the chiles and remove the seeds. Add the chiles to the previous mixture along with the shrimp shells.
