4 slices ginger, skinless
10 shiitake mushrooms, dehydrated, rehydrated, and chopped
5 dried árbol chiles, sliced
12 medium-sized shrimp, peeled, with heads
2 slices celery, washed, disinfected, and in medium cubes

Boil the broth in a pot with the ginger, dehydrated mushrooms, and chilies for 10 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat.
Add the mushrooms and shrimp.
Allow the shrimp to cook with the heat of the broth and the mushrooms to rehydrate.
Serve hot with a bit of celery.
