With this traditional grandmother's recipe, you can prepare a delicious homemade mushroom soup.

775 grams button mushroom
1/2 onions
1 clove garlic
50 grams butter
1 sprig epazote
4 guajillo chiles
1 liter chicken broth

Wash and cut the mushrooms, onion, and garlic.
Roast and soak the guajillo chiles, blend them, and strain.
In a pot with butter, sauté the onion and garlic a little, then add the mushrooms, reserving 5 mushrooms.
Blend the 5 mushrooms, add them, and season.
Add the sauce and chicken broth, add the epazote, let it boil for a few minutes, and serve.
