6 onions, diced
2 green bell peppers, chopped
2 cans tomato
3 carrots, diced
100 grams button mushrooms, chopped
4 sprigs celery
4 tablespoons dry chicken broth or bouillon
1 can tomato purée
garlic pieces Mccormick®

In a large pot, sauté the onion in 1 tablespoon of oil for 5 minutes.
Add all the diced vegetables to the pot along with the tomato puree.
Add 12 cups of water and bring to a boil for 1 hour or until the cabbage is very tender.
