1 cup tomato sauce, (tomato blended with garlic)
salt and pepper
1 onion, diced
vegetable oil
water
1/2 cups sour cream
Preparation

Heat the oil, fry the onion and tomato sauce.
Add water, carrot, salt, and pepper, and let it cook over low heat. Once cooked, remove from heat and add the cream. Mix and serve hot.
