  • 1 duck breast, skinless and boneless cooked and cut into cubes
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1 tomato, peeled and seedless
  • 3 carrots, peeled and cut into medium slices
  • 1 chayote, washed, peeled and without the seed in the center
  • 1 potato, large, washed, peeled, and cut into cubes
  • 1 apple, washed, peeled, without core cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cube chicken soup, knorr
  • 100 grams alphabet soup
  • olive oil, enough amount
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 liter water

  • Place a large pot on the heat with 750 milliliters of water, and when it boils, add the vegetables and fruit, lower the heat and let it cook for 15 minutes.
  • In the blender, add 250 milliliters of water, the onion, the tomato, the chicken broth cube, the cilantro, salt, and pepper, blend well and add to the pot that is on the heat and let it cook for another 15 minutes on medium heat.
  • In a skillet over low heat, add a little olive oil and when it is hot, we will fry the pasta soup until it takes on a slightly golden color and remove from heat.
  • When the carrot is tender and our broth is boiling, we will add the cooked chicken breast cut into pieces and the pasta soup, let it cook for 10 minutes and remove from heat.
