Corn Soup

Exquisite corn soup to start a good meal. You can accompany this soup with small cubes of panela cheese or simply enjoy it on its own; it's delicious and very healthy.

  • 5 ears corn
  • 50 grams unsalted butter
  • 1/4 liters cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cube granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 liter water, hot
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan, fry the flour and the corn kernels.
  • When they are sautéed, add the water, the concentrate, and season with salt and pepper.
  • To serve, add cream while stirring, ensuring it doesn't boil again as it may curdle.
