For a summer afternoon or a hot day, this creamy tomato gazpacho soup will be ideal, as it is not only very refreshing but also full of flavor from all its ingredients.
Make a shallow cross cut at the base of the tomatoes and place them in a pot of boiling water for 30 seconds. Drain them, rinse with cold water, and peel them immediately. Roughly chop them and place them in the blender along with the other ingredients, except the bread.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve very cold with the slices of bread.
