250 grams La Huerta® Mezcla Campesina
2 chicken breasts, , cooked and shredded
120 grams elbow pasta
1/4 onions, chopped
2 stems celery, chopped
1/2 cups tomato purée
1 liter chicken broth
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Defrost the La Huerta Country Mix in the microwave.
Heat a medium pot with a little oil and sauté the onion and celery, add the tomato puree and chicken broth.
When the broth boils, add the shredded chicken, elbow pasta, La Huerta Country Mix, and season with salt and pepper.
Let it boil for another 3-4 minutes.
