  • 2 pickled Jalapeño chiles
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch cumin

  • 1 cube chicken broth

  • Boil the well-washed mushrooms.
  • In the blender, combine the tomato, chili, garlic, a little cilantro, the chicken broth cube, and cumin.
  • Add the sauce mixture to the pot with the cooked mushrooms and add the rest of the cilantro, season.
