650 grams tomato purée
2 pickled Jalapeño chiles
1 clove garlic
1 pinch cumin
salt
pepper
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 cube chicken broth

Boil the well-washed mushrooms.
In the blender, combine the tomato, chili, garlic, a little cilantro, the chicken broth cube, and cumin.
Add the sauce mixture to the pot with the cooked mushrooms and add the rest of the cilantro, season.
Cook until it boils and serve hot.
