1/2 spinach, cleaned and stemmed, cut into strips
1/2 cups chard , cleaned and stemmed, cut into strips
1/2 cups watercress, cleaned without stem, chopped
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cups parsley , cleaned and stemmed, chopped
2 scallions, sliced

Prepare the Knorr® Noodle Soup following the package instructions along with the onion from the start.
Once the soup is ready, immediately add the spinach, Swiss chard, watercress, vinegar, parsley, and onion.
Let it rest for a couple of minutes and serve immediately.
