1/2 cups chard, clean and without stem, cut into strips
1/2 cups watercress, clean without stem, chopped
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cups parsley, clean and without stem, chopped
2 green onions, sliced

Prepare Knorr® Soup Noodle Soup following the package instructions along with the onion from the start.
Once the soup is ready, add the spinach, Swiss chard, watercress, vinegar, parsley and onion.
Let stand a couple of minutes and serve immediately.
