  • 1/2 spinach, cleaned and stemmed, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cups chard , cleaned and stemmed, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cups watercress, cleaned without stem, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 cups parsley , cleaned and stemmed, chopped
  • 2 scallions, sliced

  • Prepare the Knorr® Noodle Soup following the package instructions along with the onion from the start.
  • Once the soup is ready, immediately add the spinach, Swiss chard, watercress, vinegar, parsley, and onion.
  • Let it rest for a couple of minutes and serve immediately.
