200 grams leek, cut into julienne strips
300 grams potato
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 1/2 liters chicken broth
1 sprig thyme
1 sprig oregano
1 teaspoon black peppercorn
salt

Melt the butter and add the potatoes cut into small pieces.
Cook and stir constantly.
Add the leek and cook.
Pour in the chicken broth, lower the heat when it starts to boil, add the thyme, oregano, and peppers.
Season with a little salt and cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are well cooked.
Season, and serve hot.
