Purple Noodle

  • 1 envelope Knorr® Noodle Soup, with chicken
  • 1/2 cups beet, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup red cabbage, filleted
  • 1/4 cups red onion
  • 2 teaspoons Primavera® Chantilly Margarine

  • In a saucepan over medium heat melt the margarine Primavera Chantilly® without salt and season the onion.
  • Add the cabbage and cook for a couple of minutes stirring constantly.
  • Pour the water into the pot and once it has boiled, empty the contents of the Knorr® Chicken Noodle Soup.
  • Stir to integrate the ingredients.
  • Lower the fire and cover. Five minutes later add the beet and integrate it into the soup.
  • Cover and when the soup is ready (5 minutes later) remove from heat. Serve immediately.
