1 chicken, medium
1 bunch parsley
leeks
1/2 onions
1 sprig celery
2 cloves garlic
1 leaf bay
1 turnip

Once the chicken is washed, cover it with water and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, peel all the vegetables and chop them.
Add the vegetables and cook for 1 hour.
At the end, strain everything and freeze the broth for later use.
