  • 1 envelope peach gelatin
  • 2 cups water, hot
  • 2 cups water, cold
  • 1 1/2 cups canned peaches, in cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups syrup
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated

  • Dissolve a pack of peach gelatin in two cups of hot water and combine with two cups of cold water. Pour the mixture into a previously greased silicone mold. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
  • Blend the syrup from the peaches, cream, cream cheese, condensed milk, and evaporated milk until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add the hydrated gelatin and blend for 1 more minute.
  • Add some of the cream mixture to a greased silicone mold and then add peach cubes. Repeat the process until the mold is filled.
  • Refrigerate the peach gelatin with cream for 4 hours.
  • Serve and decorate with more peach and edible flowers.
