If you've recently given in to excesses and want to get back in shape, I’ll share my secret for doing a detox diet; with it, you can lose up to 7 kilos every time you do it!
First day: eat only apples, in the desired quantity.

Second day: have apples for breakfast and dinner. Also, eat a green salad with cheese.

Third day: have 1 bread with turkey breast and apples for breakfast, eat a green salad with celery, carrot, and apples. Have only apples for dinner.

Fourth day: same breakfast as the 3rd day, also eat tuna with steamed vegetables and apples. Have apples and 1 cup of light cereal with milk for dinner.

Last day: same breakfast as the previous day, adding boiled egg and apples. Also, eat the same lunch, adding cooked chicken or grilled meat, and have apples for dinner.

Drink two liters of water daily.

Do not consume fats after finishing the diet, and if you want to maintain your figure, follow a balanced diet afterward.
