What you will need: • 1 1/2 cups of oats • 1 stick of cinnamon • 1 liter of water • Low-calorie sweetener of your choice or honey.

In a bowl, place the oats and cinnamon, add 2 cups of water, and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Place the mixture in the blender, add one more cup of water, and blend on high speed for 2 minutes.

Strain the mixture through a sieve, add the rest of the water.
