How to braid a pie

Step by Step

Roll out the puff pastry with the help of a rolling pin.

Cut pasta strips of the same width, approximately 1 cm.

Place the strips and start braiding them.

Lift the strips, alternating one yes and one no. On top of these, place others in the opposite direction.

Unfold them.

Repeat until you braid the entire pie.

If you want it to have a better color; brush with egg, sugar, and cinnamon.

Bake for the time indicated in your recipe. You'll see how your pie will look like it's from a restaurant.
