How to cream butter by hand

Many recipes require creamed butter, and we don't always have a mixer or it may not be on hand to do it. With this tip, you can cream butter with sugar by hand in just a few minutes.

The first thing you should do is take the butter out of the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before using it, so that it is soft and easy to handle.

Add the sugar to the butter and stir with a spoon to start integrating the two ingredients.

With the back of a fork, mash the mixture to break up the butter lumps and fully combine it with the sugar. Beat a little to achieve a fluffier mixture.
