For the first layer, dissolve the lemon gelatin in boiling water, add the cold water, the melon liqueur, and wait for it to cool slightly.

Pour the above into a gelatin mold and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

For the second layer, dissolve the hydrated gelatin in half a cup of boiling water.

Blend the Philadelphia® Cream Cheese with the sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla, coconut cream, and add the hydrated gelatin.

Pour over the previous layer and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

Unmold and serve. Garnish with shredded coconut.
