For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

Beat the Philadelphia® Cream Cheese with the butter until creamy.

Incorporate the sifted sugar, the egg, and the vanilla.

Sift the flour with the salt and add the almonds.

Mix everything until you get a homogeneous dough.

Form a roll with the dough, freeze for 30 minutes.

Cut the roll into circles

Place the circles on greased trays and decorate with chocolate confetti.

Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
