How to tenderize meat for milanesas

Nobody likes tough milanesas; that's why I'm sharing my tip on how to tenderize the meat to make milanesas.

Step by Step

For this tip, you will only need evaporated milk and a glass container.

Open a can of evaporated milk.

Let the meat rest in milk for at least a couple of hours before cooking it.

After that time, take the meat out and bread it as you usually do.

Fry them in oil.

You will see how, when you eat them, they will be much softer.
