Preheat the oven to 175°. In a large bowl, mix the coconut oil, agave honey, bee honey, applesauce, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth.

Add the oats, quinoa, and amaranth and mix very well.

Cover a large baking sheet with parchment paper and add the granola. Spread it out well and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, mix very well, and bake for another 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and add the coconut and almonds, bake for another 5-10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and place the granola in a bowl and mix it. Once cooled, add goji berries, raisins, apples, and hemp hearts.
