Pre-sterilize the containers and lids, place them in a pot, cover with water, and let them boil for 10 minutes. Remove and let them dry.

In a pot, over high heat, add and combine all the ingredients.

Stir them and remove the foam for 10-15 min.

Continuously monitor until the ingredients are incorporated or until the candy thermometer reads 105°C.

Now, with a spoon, pour the jam into a container and cover it.

Before storing the jam in your pantry, it is necessary to reboil the container in water (now filled and closed) for 20 minutes. It is important to ensure that the water completely covers the container. Then, remove the container. Let it sit until it cools and store it in the refrigerator.
