Preheat the oven to 180°C. On a baking sheet, toast the hazelnuts until their skins darken slightly.

Place them on a towel or napkin and rub to remove the skins.

In the food processor, process the hazelnuts until you achieve a creamy paste consistency.

Add the rest of the ingredients and process a little more to incorporate them well and achieve that creamy consistency that makes it delicious and spreadable.
