How to make grilled meat without a grill

Many times we want to enjoy grilled meat, but due to the weather or where we live, this is not possible. I'm sharing my secret so you can learn how to make grilled meat at home, making your meat or vegetables taste like they were done on a grill.

To grill you need:

Choose a heavy pan; these will help your meat have the grill marks that make it look like it was done on a grill.

If you didn't marinate the meat, pat it dry with a paper towel.

Lightly brush your meat with olive oil. If you marinated it, remove any elements that can burn, such as herbs or garlic, with the brush.

Place the pan on the stove until it's very hot; then lower the heat. Place your meat or vegetables.

If you want to avoid filling your kitchen with smoke, place the rack in the oven and heat for 10 minutes at 250°C.

Carefully take it out of the oven and place the meat. After 5 minutes, flip the meat and keep the door closed so the smoke doesn't escape.
