This delicious cordon blue chicken breast is filled with ham, manchego cheese, and a touch of cream cheese with spices that give it an unmatched twist. Additionally, it has a crunchy breading that you will love.
Preheat the oven to 180° C. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper, set aside. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the oregano, basil, and thyme.

Spread some of the cream cheese mixture on each piece of chicken, add a slice of ham and a slice of manchego cheese. Close and secure with a toothpick.

Bread each breast by dipping it in flour, then egg, and finally Bimbo® bread crumbs.
