For this recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

Heat the olive oil in a skillet and sear the medallions for 2 minutes on each side. Set aside.

Add the onion to the same skillet and fry until it turns golden.

Add the tree chiles to the onion and let them fry for a minute. Turn off and set aside.

Blend the beans, onion, and fried chiles, chicken bouillon powder, chicken broth, and Philadelphia® Cream Cheese until smooth.

Serve the seared medallions in a baking dish and add the hot sauce.
