How to make easy and quick risotto

I’m sharing my recipe for making a super easy and quick risotto.

For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

Bring the chicken broth to a boil and keep it on a hot burner at a simmer.

In another pot, melt the butter, add the onion, and wait for it to change color.

Add the rice to the pot with the onion, stirring continuously to incorporate. It’s important to keep stirring the risotto constantly.

Add the wine right there and wait for it to evaporate completely.

Once the wine has evaporated, pour in half a cup of chicken broth and stir until it is completely absorbed.

Repeat the step of adding half a cup of broth and wait for it to absorb. Continue until it’s all gone and the rice is creamy (about 20 min.).

Remove from heat and add the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
