Remove the Cream Cheese from the refrigerator to soften (about 30 minutes). Cut it and place it in a bowl. Set aside.

Place the cake in a bowl and crumble it with your hands.

Add the Cream Cheese to the crumbled cake and mix it.

With both hands, form a ball by making circular motions.

Place the balls on a tray lined with wax paper.

Cover them with plastic wrap

Refrigerate them for two hours. Once they are firm, insert a stick into each ball.

Cut the chocolate into pieces.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Once the chocolate is melted, dip each ball into the chocolate.
