I share my secret for learning how to make a delicious and healthy chicken broth in less than 1 hour. This chicken broth gets a lot of flavor because it is seasoned at the end of the recipe, which helps save cooking time for the chicken.

Step by Step

Clean the chicken by removing all the skin and fat with a knife and rinsing it very well with water.

Put water in a pot and add the chicken, a piece of onion, garlic, cilantro, and celery. Cover the pot and cook over medium heat until the chicken is cooked (about 45 minutes).
